Upper Deck Bounty Program Takes Collecting to the Next Level by Adding Fun, Interactive Experience to Trading Card Products

Fans will be rewarded for completing sets with exclusive, limited-edition achievement cards

CARLSBAD, Ca. (May 04, 2017) – Upper Deck announced today an innovative new achievement-based program that will reward collectors for completing select trading card sets. The new program offers a fun and interactive way for fans to get limited-edition achievement cards found only through the Upper Deck Bounty program.

The Bounty program will launch in conjunction with the release of 2016-17 SP Authentic Hockey on May 17, 2017 and will challenge collectors to round up the entire 99-card Spectrum FX set. The first 50 customers who succeed in collecting the 99-card Spectrum FX set will be rewarded with an exclusive bonus achievement; a 100-card Spectrum FX Gold parallel set while supplies last. Four different levels of rarity exist in the 99-card Spectrum FX set which will add to the challenge of completing the set.

The first 50 collectors who redeem valid codes on www.UpperDeckBounty.com will receive a 100-card 2016-17 SP Authentic Hockey Gold Spectrum FX Parallel set numbered to 50, as well as a Silver Spectrum FX Future Watch card #S-100 featuring the 2016 NHL® #1 Draft™ Pick. All other collectors after the initial 50 who complete the Spectrum FX set will earn a Silver Spectrum FX Future Watch card #S-100 of the 2016 NHL® #1 Draft™ Pick.
