Job Title: Quality Assurance Clerk-Athlete Relations - POSITION IN OUR NORTH CAROLINA OFFICE

Summary

This position is in our North Carolina office. Only candidates wanting to work in North Carolina need apply.  Person will work closely with the Product Inventory Manager.

 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.

·         Receiving and QC-ing all hard signed autograph cards from card manufacturing vendors and communicating discrepancies with supervisor and/or Carlsbad office directly

·         Staging cards for Shipping

o   Printing box labels, boxing cards, shelving according to sport/athlete name

·         Communicating with Athlete Relations (AR) team for daily Carlsbad shipping priorities based on project and/or player

·         Prints out Ship Logs from SAM Tracker, then pulls, ships, and completes each accordingly

·         Boxes shipments and prints shipping labels using Fed Ex Database

·         Downloads tracking numbers from Fed Ex database & maintains running log of outgoing and shipped return label tracking numbers for every shipment out of Morrisville.

·         Maintains organized & stocked shipping area

·         Provides list of shipping materials needs for monthly U-Line order on initial Request For Purchase (RFQ)

·         Emails AR when pen inventory runs low so they can re-order as needed

 

 
Interaction

This position will interact with internal co-workers in North Carolina and California on a daily basis. Including Vice President of Operations, Quality Assurance Manager, Redemption Manager, Purchasing Manager, AR and PDT Coordinators in CA.

Education/Years Experience
Some college or equivalent work experience
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Great General Internet and computer skills
• Familiarity with the shipping process a plus
• Interpersonal Communication skills required
• Able to work as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office
