Upper Deck produces a variety of product lines to target all different consumer types. Younger collectors typically will collect Fleer, UD First Edition, Fleer Ultra and MVP product lines made by Upper Deck. The casual collector and sports fan tends to collect Upper Deck, Future Stars, SP Authentic, UD Masterpiece, SPx, Artifacts, Fleer Hot Prospects and Black Diamond. Higher end collectors enjoy products like Ultimate Collection, Sweet Spot, Upper Deck Premier, Exquisite, Trilogy and The Cup.
Upper Deck uses different marketing programs designed to increase consumer awareness of our brands and to ultimately drive collectors to brick & mortar hobby shop locations to purchase them. We are committed to working with these shops help grow their businesses, while they in turn share our products with collectors. Hobby shop owners can work directly with Upper Deck to procure product for their stores or work through our network of licensed wholesale distributors. Most successful hobby shops purchase direct from Upper Deck and also through the distributors to subsidize other orders. It is important shops use these two main resources to acquire the products they need to be successful.
