For all warranty issues such as damaged or missing pieces, please contact us within 90 days of purchase. We will be happy to set you up with a case number to replace them. In order to create a case number we will need your full name, address, phone number & a copy of the receipt (this can all be provided electronically).

Damaged Cards

We’re happy to replace damaged cards that come as a part of your game. Please contact us within 90 days of your game purchase to set up a case number for replacement. If you have less than 50 damaged cards, we will just need your full name, address, phone number and a copy of the receipt. Your cards will ship within a week of your case being established.

If you have more than 50 damaged cards, we will need to have you send in the damaged cards in order to replace them. Please contact us with which cards are damaged, your full name, address, phone number and a copy of the receipt (again, this can all be provided electronically). We will set you up with a case number, and ask that you send in the damaged cards. Once we receive the damaged cards, we will ship out the missing cards within (2) business days.

If you would prefer to receive the replacements for all 50 cards more quickly, please give us a call. We can ship replacements for the damaged cards within (2) business days, but would need to authorize a credit card for $60.00 in order to do so. As soon as we receive the damaged cards back from you, we will remove the authorization from your credit card, and you will not be charged.

In the unfortunate case of a damaged game board, please contact us within 90 days of purchase with your full name, address, phone number and a copy of the receipt. We will set you up with a case number, and ask that you send in the damaged game board. Once we receive the damaged board, we will ship out the replacement within (2) business days.

If you would prefer to receive the replacements more quickly, please give us a call. We can ship the game board within (2) business days, but would need to authorize a credit card for $60.00 in order to do so. Missing cards

We’re happy to replace cards that are missing when you open your game. Please contact us within 90 days of your game purchase to set up a case number for replacement. We will need to know which cards you are missing (if you are unsure, please detail the cards that you do have – we will deduce from this list what you are missing). We will also need your full name, address, phone number and a copy of the receipt. Your cards will ship within a week of your case being established.

Missing Rule Book

If your game is missing the rule book, please contact us within 90 days of your game purchase to set up a case number for replacement. We will need your full name, address, phone number and a copy of the receipt. Your rule book will ship within a week of your case being established.
