Accordingly, I hereby assign to Upper Deck all right, title and interest in and to any ideas, inventions, original works of authorship, developments, improvements which I submit. Furthermore, I acknowledge that all ideas submitted by me (solely or jointly with others) and which are protectable by copyright are "works made for hire", as that term is defined in the United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C., Section 101).
