The Upper Deck Company brand includes the Upper Deck Store, Upper Deck Authenticated, Collect Forever, Upper Deck e-Pack, Evolution, and Brevettar (collectively, “UDC Brands”). From time to time, the UDC Brands may offer programs, benefits, discounts, special offers, sweepstakes or contest entries, creation of a free account, or other offerings that may be deemed a “financial incentive” or “price or service difference” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) or other applicable law in exchange for you providing us with your personal information to register a product, receive marketing emails and similar communications, and/or to enter into a sweepstakes or contest. Personal information may include, without limitation, your name, email address, mailing address, date of birth, telephone number, and commercial information and preferences. When you choose to opt in, we may use such information to send you marketing or promotional emails, special offers and other advertising materials and notices. Additionally, the information you provide to UDC Brands may be shared with our third-party licensors and affiliates. By participating in any of the above promotional programs, you agree that the benefits are reasonably related to the value of the personal information collected and retained by the UDC Brand(s). You may withdraw from a financial incentive at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any such email or contacting us at (800) 551-8220 or via customer_service@upperdeck.com to unsubscribe or cancel your participation in a promotional program.

Generally, we do not assign monetary or other value to personal information, however, California law requires that we assign such value in the context of financial incentives. In such context, the value of the personal information is related to the estimated costs of providing the relevant financial incentive(s) for which the information was collected.
