

To leverage Jewell Osco's "Official Partner" status with the Chicago Bears and to celebrate the Bears 2007 NFC Championship, Jewell Osco commissioned Upper Deck Premiums to create an exclusive trading card sheet continuity program. The two-week promotion was designed to increase foot traffic, generate profits from the sale of the card sheets, and recognize the Bears exceptional season.
A different card sheet was released each week. Sheets showed eight players each -- one sheet featured offensive team stars and the other defensive team stars. The middle card on each sheet called out "2007 NFC Champions."
Card sheets were displayed in a shelf-top POS at or near a cash register in roughly 180 Jewell Osco stores in the Chicago area.
